Note that completion of an application or first submission does not guarantee adoption of the cat interested. If you are renting, please confirm approval from your landlord.

You may also fill out a paper application in-person at the Zanesville PetSmart during their store hours. If a volunteer is not in the cat room, please see a PetSmart employee and they will assist you with getting an application.

​Please note: While we do accept online adoption applications, in-person applications are typically processed first. We encourage interested adopters to visit us in person to meet our cats and complete an application on-site. Online applications are reviewed as frequently as possible, but submitting one does not guarantee a hold or priority for a specific cat. Thank you for understanding!
